Sogin Director, Prof. Fabiana Massa, appointed to the Board of Directors of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti

On 24 July 2018, the shareholders'
meeting of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti renewed the Board of Directors and
identified its top management for the three-year period 2018 - 2020.
Among the directors appointed there is
also Prof. Fabiana Massa Felsani, member of the Sogin Board of
Directors. Massimo Tononi was appointed Chairman while Fabrizio Palermo
was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Luigi Paganetto Deputy
Chairman.
The other directors appointed are:
Fabrizia Lapecorella, Valentino Grant, Francesco Floro Flores, Matteo
Melley and Alessandra Ruzzu.
